Hascombe Fountain

 This early Arts and Crafts/Gothic Revival style fountain was erected in 1877

The inscription reads

WHOSOEVER WILL LET HIM TAKE THE WATER OF LIFE FREELY

The dedication reads

THIS FOUNTAIN WAS BUILT BY EDWARD LEE

ROWCLIFFE OF HALL PLACE IN THIS PARISH

IN AFFECTIONATE REMEMBRANCE OF HIS

BROTHER HENRY ROWCLIFFE A.D.1877
