Cancellations, returns and refunds

 

We hope that you will be entirely happy with your order, but if you change your mind, please email museum.curator@godalming-tc.gov.uk or ring 01483 426510 as soon as possible to let us know

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will arrange a refund of the full amount you have paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of your cancellation. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the credit to appear on your account statement.

If you wish to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, please contact the museum within 14 days of delivery; email museum.curator@godalming-tc.gov.uk or ring 01483 426510

You do not have to give a reason for cancelling your order. If you are reporting a fault or mistake, it is helpful if you can send us a photo

Please note that goods will need to be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging and labelling

Return costs are borne by the customer unless an item is faulty – you will need to

- send your package using a secure or traceable method
- keep proof of postage
- make sure your name and address are clearly marked on the package
